Welcome Citizen.

This is the Administrative Office of the Court of Injustice, the judicial arm of the Universal State and law enforcer of the Parentland. The Court of Injustice oversees the implementation of Purityranny Law and enforces all State legislation.

Criminal & Political Trials
The Court of Injustice oversees the formal charging of criminals, decides on the validity of all prosecution evidence and (if any) defence evidence, manages the presentation of all evidence, returns the appropriate guilty verdict, and passes sentence.

Political Purges
The Court of Injustice is responsible for ensuring all Political Purges are carried out stringently. Court Officials directly manage the Purging Units (made up from carefully selected personnel from the Militia and the OSS on temporary assignment to the Court). Traitors and dissidents are dealt with severely by the Court of Injustice and extreme cases are dealt with 'on site' by Party Officials and a firing squad.

Citizenship Crimes:

Invalid Work Permit and/or Address Permit:
Citizens may live only at the designated address on their Address Permit and must attend their place of designated work as stated on their Work Permit. Temporary Address Permits are available for Citizens who have reasonable grounds to visit other addresses for a period of up to three nights. A Citizen charged with having an invalid Work Permit in their possession can expect a minimum of 60 days hard labour in a production camp. This sentence must be completed in addition to their annual allocated working rota. Maximum sentence is deportation to Labour Camps in the Winterland or execution.

Transit Permits:
Transit permits make travel difficult for subversives, curtailing their spread, and protecting all citizens from the insidious attacks of subversive elements. By placing the burden of responsibility with the State, Citizens of The Universal State are able to pursue the purity and rewarding hard work of their designated work role, as designated by the State Labour Ministry. A Citizen charged with having an invalid Transit Permit in their possession can expect a minimum 90 days hard labour in a production camp. This sentence must be completed in addition to their annual allocated working rota. Maximum sentence is deportation to Labour Camps in the Winterland or execution.

The Court of Injustice treats all Citizens with total impartiality and impunity, and maintains the highest standards of civilised order.
The CoI liaises with every branch of the State. All details on legal Citizen history are recorded and collated.

Failure to report a crime, allowing a crime to take place, or being victim of a crime through carelessness or incompetence, constitutes committing the crime.

Remember Citizens: The Party is watching. The Party is counting. The Party knows all.

The Court of Injustice will know you are guilty.
