This is the Ministry of Citizen Misinformation & Enlightenment, the State office for the distribution of offical Propaganda & Enlightenment, and the marketing of State tourism. The Office of Citizen Misinformation & Enlightenment administer a number of citizen relations and advertising committees who manage the campaign subcommittees. Together with a vast network of tourism advice committees, the Ministry of Citizen Misinformation & Enlightenment operates the only authorised travel service to citizens of our glorious Parentland.

Our most popular holidays are our famous State Pilgrimage tours, taking citizens from every corner of the Parentland to the magnificent monument to Purityranny, and splendid seat of State power, in the State Capital. We also have special permission to allow Citizen's on our authorised tours to stand outside the residence of the Supreme Minister, the House of Supremacy.

The Ministry of Citizen Misinformation & Enlightenment has been made aware, through excellent work by Enquirers of the OSS, that there have been rumours circulating to the fact that the great capital city of our State is a dangerous place, and there is little chance of leaving alive, and that the information given by the Ministry of Citizen Misinformation & Enlightenment tends to slightly stretch the truth and disseminate propaganda that could be construed as lies among the cynical.

We are pleased to announce that following a thorough investigation and a series of reasonable press releases by the Bureau of Official Denial, the Ministry of Citizen Misinformation & Enlightenment has been rightfully officially verified as totally accurate in its work. A number of arrests have been made, with those responsible charged with subversion and treason. The subversives will be sentenced by the Court of Injustice accordingly as soon as the guilty verdicts are recorded.

The OSS aims to eliminate all unauthorised activities that breeds subversion and sedition, and the Ministry of Citizen Misinformation & Enlightenment is firmly committed to assisting them in this endeavour.

Tourism Visa Permits:
Citizens may live only at the designated address on their Address Permit (AP) as issued by the Department for Citizen Census & Internal Security (CCIS). Temporary Address Permits (TAP) are available for Citizens who have reasonable grounds to visit other addresses for a period of up to three nights. If application for a TAP is made along with a Tourism Visa Permit (TVP), a TAP may be issued for up to two weeks in the form of a TAPX. You will also require a Temporary Transit Permit (TTP) go with your TVP and TAPX. TAPs, TAPXs, and TVPs are available from the CCIS.

The CCIS treats all Citizens with impartiality and impunity, and maintains the highest standards of civilised order. The CCIS liaises with every branch of the State to ensure all Citizen records are up to date and correct. All details on Citizen movements are distributed to all departments. The main work of the CCIS is carried out by the New Model Militia, the authorised State police and combined army.

Failure to report a crime, allowing a crime to take place, or being victim of a crime through carelessness or incompetence, constitutes committing the crime.
